Laryngitis

Some may say it's a blessing - Rick thought it was until it happened!
Yes, I have laryngitis and it's very frustrating, not to mention the painful sore throat and the sinus infection to go with it. It has now totally claimed my voice and I've even resorted to trying the vinegar and honey remedy, but as yet it hasn't done a thing!
I am meant to be starting a 3-week teaching block tomorrow- it might be a very quiet affair. I actually taught on Friday - had to resort to sign language, clapping and blowing a whistle (for PE) to get attention. The students were very well behaved and most considerate.
So now I have to blog to get my message across.
Time will heal all - I hope.
