The sad tale of our camera - yes this is all we can see!!! No views, no way to get into our stored photos, nothing. This photo is from the internet - someone else has posted, suffering the same fate.
Canon replied to my email - they say there is nothing they can do and that it is not a generalised problem! They say there are many things on the internet and that they are not accountable basically.
